How LUX Multiservice collects, uses and protects your personal data when you request a quote, contact us, or browse this site.

Data controller

What data we collect
Through our contact and quote-request form we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the message or service description you provide (for example, type of renovation, location and property details). We do not collect banking details or special categories of data through the form. If you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we process the data you share in that conversation for the same purpose: handling your request.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to your quote or information request, manage the contractual relationship if you hire our services, and — only if you accept it through the cookie banner — to measure site usage with Google Analytics and, where configured, Meta Pixel for advertising attribution. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps or the service contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) for handling your request, and consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) for analytics and marketing.
Who we share your data with
We use BAI (our website, CRM and customer-communication platform) as a data processor to store and manage the quotes and leads you send us, route them to the right team, and, if you use the site chat, maintain that conversation. BAI processes this data solely on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. If Google Analytics and/or Meta Pixel are enabled (only after you consent), those providers act as processors or independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for purposes unrelated to delivering our services.
Data retention
We retain quote or enquiry data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (generally up to 5 years for tax and workmanship-warranty obligations, or longer if there is an ongoing dispute). If your enquiry does not turn into a contracted service, we keep the lead for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights (GDPR / Spanish LOPDGDD)
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@luxmultiservices.com, stating which right you want to exercise and attaching proof of identity. We will respond within one month at the latest. If you believe we have not handled your request correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
International transfers and security
When a provider (for example Google, for Analytics or Meta Pixel) processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized by the European Commission). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (restricted access, encrypted form submission) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
